Xact has two work at home positions currently open. The first position is for a work at home bilingual customer service representative. The second position is for a work from home telephone answering operator.
A work from home bilingual customer service representative is responsible for handling inbound telephone calls, email requests and Internet chat requests. Starting pay for this position is $8.50 per hour and can grow up to $13.oo per hour with job performance and experience. This is a full time postion requiring the employee to work weekday evenings and weekends. In order to apply for the work at home bilingual customer service representative you meet have the following requirements: must speak fluent English & Spanish, must be able to type at least 35 words per minute, must have a dedicated distraction free home office space, must be able to sit for long periods of time, must have a PC with Windows XP or Vista; 512 MB RAM & 2 GHz Processor, hardwired DSL or Cable Internet connection, 17 inch monitor and have a USB headset. This positions is currently available in the following states: AR, AZ, FL, MD, ME, NC, NJ, PA, TN, TX, WI & UT.
The work at home telephone answering service operator is responsible for handling inbound telephone calls and dispatching those calls to the proper customer contact lists. Starting pay for a work at home telephone answering service operator is $8.50 and can increase up to $13.50 according to job performance and experience. This is a full time position that requires the employee to work weekday evenings and weekends. In order to apply to become a work from home telephone answering service operator you must meet the following requirements: must speak fluent English, must be able to type at least 35 words per minute, must have a dedicated distraction free home office space, must be able to sit for long periods of time, must have a PC with Windows XP or Vista; 512 MB RAM & 2 GHz Processor, hardwired DSL or Cable Internet connection, 17 inch monitor and have a USB headset. This position is currently available only to individuals located in Texas.

This means that Xact does not charge it’s potential employees a fee to work for them. However, there may be fees associated with working from home including phone & Internet services and the computer & phone equipment needed to fulfill job requirements.
